Job description
Reporting to the company president, you will perform the following tasks:
You will be the contact person for various stakeholders involved with JR2 Services, both internally as well as externally, with clients and suppliers
You will enter data using the usual office applications
You will process accounts payable
You will handle accounts receivable and proceed with collection, process deposits and follow up using accounting software
You will be responsible for posting messages on the company’s social network accounts
You will manage and update the databases
You will prepare and follow up on bids and contracts
You will perform general office work: filing, managing emails and calls, managing inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies, correspondence, revising various texts, etc.
Competencies
Secretarial college diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent command of written and spoken French
Bilingual (French-English)
Desired skills
Mastery of Sage 50 accounting
Knowledge of Odotrack
JR2 provides training on these tools, if necessary.
